Are you talking about driving in a bus lane out of the hours of operation?

Bus lanes is why a high percentage of candidates fail there driving test. It is a very hard point for us driving instructors to get across, when you see adverts with £100 fine for using the bus lane. When you approach a bus lane you will always see a blue sign with the information telling you if you can use the bus lane or not, if you are driving at a time when you can use the bus lane, you must use the bus lane. If you don’t you will more than likely fail your driving test. So the answer is yes.
